1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the following modes:
UPI
Credit/Debit Card
Net Banking
Online Wallets (if integrated)
1.2 Cash payment via bank counter
1.3 Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, a receipt will be generated and shared via email or student portal.
Students must retain the receipt for reference.
1.4 Partial Payments
Partial payments are not allowed, unless specifically mentioned by the organizing committee.
1.5 Non-Transferability
Payments made are non-transferable to other students or activities.
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Cancellation by the organizing authority due to unforeseen circumstances.
Withdrawal request by the student before the last date for cancellation.
Medical emergency (valid documentation required).
2.2 Refund Amount
10% Refund will be made in case of approved by competent authority
2.3 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [official email ID].
The refund will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
2.4 Non-Refundable Situations
No-shows or failure to attend the event.
Voluntary withdrawal after participation begins.
Misconduct leading to disqualification.
